First comes the rod and now what about the...

It is very simple to make.
What you will need….Cake flour, White Sugar, Teaspoon, Water and a mixing Bowl.
Method:
Measure one teaspoon of sugar into the bowl.
Add only three(3) teaspoons of water.
Stir until the sugar has dissolved.
Add the cake flour little by little and use the teaspoon to mix, not your hands.
Add flour until the mixture has the consistency of a chewed “chappie”.
You can knead the dough now quickly with your hands and place in a small plastic bag or container.
You can now use small pieces of the dough throughout the day as backing.
